Q: What is a Website?
A: A Listing Website is an entire web site devoted to one property. It can contain photos, features, remarks, reports, links to virtual tours, community information and other web sites. It has a unique domain name that is derived from the property address. Example: www.888AnySt.com.

Q: How do I create a Listing Website?
A: First you have to create a free user account where you choose a username and password and enter your contact information. Once you have established an account with Websites4YourListings.com.au, click on Order a new Listing Website from the main menu or the navigation menu. This will walk you through the simple process of creating a complete Listing Website.

Q: How long does it take to create a website?
A: Creating the site take only a few minutes. You can add the property details and upload photos at your convenience 24/7. Depending on how much information you are adding and your internet connection speed, adding your property details can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes.

Q: How long until my Listing Website is online?
A: It usually takes only a few minutes for your website to propagate across the world wide web and be available to anyone searching on the internet. From time to time and for many unforeseen reasons, your website could take longer to become active.

Q: How can I check how many hits my website received?
A: You can check to see how many visitor sessions your website has had by logging on to your account and clicking "Edit an Existing Website". The hits are displayed under the domain name and on your website Control Panel.

Q: How do I make changes to my web site?
A: Login to your account and click "Edit an Existing Website". Click on the address of the website you wish to edit. This will bring you to your account page where you can edit your site, upload new photos, change your design, add background music, upload audio or video tours or add a virtual tour link.

Q: How do I upload photos?
A: Make sure your image is ready! All images must be either in GIF or JPG format. Click BROWSE to locate and select the .GIF or .JPG you wish to upload. Once you have selected the correct image, click OPEN. Then click on "Upload Photo".

Q: How do I change my web site's look or color?
A: Login to your account and click "Edit an Existing Website". Click on the address of the website you wish to edit. Then click "Change Your Design". From there you can also change your color scheme. You may also change your color scheme by clicking on "Edit Property Information".

Q: Can I add a link to my virtual tour?
A: Yes, Login to your account and select the website you wish to add the virtual tour to. Click on "Website Quick Links". Then click on "Add a Link to this Property's Quick Links". From here you can add any external link to your Quick Links table. You can also draw attention to the link by making the link appear in red or BOLD and determine where in the quick links table the link will be displayed.

Q: Can I add links to other web sites to my Listing Website?
A: Yes, Login to your account and select the website you wish to add the link to. Click on "Website Quick Links". Then click on "Add a Link to this Property's Quick Links". From here you can add any external link to your Quick Links table. You can also draw attention to the link by making the link appear in red or BOLD and determine where in the quick links table the link will be displayed.

Q: Can I remove a link from my Quick Link table?
A: Yes, Login to your account and select the website you wish to remove the link from. Click on "Website Quick Links". Then click on the link you wish to remove. From here, click the option that says "Do not include this link" and then click the save button.

Q: Can I rearrange the order in which the Quick Links are displayed?
A: Yes, Login to your account and select the website you wish to modify. Click on "Website Quick Links". Then click on the link you wish to move. Use the drop down menu to choose where you wish the link to be displayed.

Q: How do I update the contact information that is listed on my listing websites?
A: To update your contact information logon to your account and click on "Edit my Website Contact Info". Simply type over the old contact info with the new data. Make sure to click SAVE at the bottom of the screen.

Q: How do I change my office affiliation?
A: To update your office affiliation logon to your account and click on "Change my office Information". Follow the information on the screen to update your Brand/Company information.

Q: How do I link my Listing Website to my Office/Agent website?
A: You can add an http link to your office and/or agent website by logging on to your account and clicking on "Edit my Website Contact Information". Scroll down until you see one of the two boxes that asks you to enter your office or agent URL. Type in your personal or office website address and make sure to click SAVE at the bottom of the screen.

Q: How do I upload a photo of myself?
A: To upload your photo, logon to your account and click on "Upload my photo". Click on the "BROWSE" button and locate your photo on your hard drive or disc drive. Click open and then make sure to click SAVE at the bottom of the screen.

Q: How do I add my office logo?
A: To add your company or office logo, please email it to us at info@W4YL.com. Once we have added your logo to our database, it will show up on all your new and existing listing websites and other agents in your office will have access to it as well.

Q: Where do the forms go that are filled out on my website?
A: Any form that is filled out on your website(s) is emailed directly to you at the email address listed on your account.

Q: How do I upload a Property Document to my Listing Website?
A: Login to your account. Select the property that you want to upload your Property Document to. Name your report (e.g. "Pest Report") and choose a password for the report. Click on the browse button to find the report on your hard drive or floppy. Once you have located the report, click open. Then click SAVE at the bottom of the screen. When directing people to the web site to retrieve the report, make sure to give them the report password.

Q: Can I include a Floor Plan or Site Plan?
A: Yes. You can upload any number of files by using our upload a file feature. You can choose to password protect the documents that you upload as well.

Q: What is an eSignboard?
A: An eSignboard is a sign used to advertise your Listing Website. It is made out of plastic and can be attached to any For Sale sign - or any sign at all for that matter. (view sample)

Q: How long does it take to get my eSignboard?
A: eSignboards are created and sent within 1 business day. They are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post. Normal delivery time is 2 to 7 days.

Q: Can I order additional eSignboards?
A: Yes. Contact us by phone or email to order additional eSignboards.

Q: Where do I get a Listing Presentation Flyer?
A: You can download a listing presentation flyer from the main menu. If you have special needs, please contact our office at info@W4YL.com to have a custom Listing Presentation flyer created for you.
